NOTICE OF ELECTION OF THUNDERBIRD WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT TO CREATE A FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. within the Thunderbird Water and Sanitation District (“District”), for the submission of ballot issues concerning the creation of debt or other financial obligations of the District.

The District’s emergency reserve required by Section 20(5) of Article X of the Colorado Constitution has been fully funded by cash or investments for the current fiscal year and each of the last four (4) fiscal years. The District’s emergency reserve is currently held in the General Fund.
The District’s audited financial statements for the last four fiscal years, any management letters that have been made public and have been provided to the District by its auditors in connection with the preparation of its audits for the last four fiscal years, and the District’s budget for the current fiscal year may be reviewed by any person at the following location: Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, c/o Timothy J. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE
THUNDERBIRD WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Thunderbird Water and Sanitation District, Douglas County, Colorado, that at the close of business on March 4, 2025 there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby cancelled.
