Notice of Meeting to Consider Increase in Rates
Thunderbird Water and Sanitation District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Thunderbird Water and Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Thunderbird Water and Sanitation District shall consider increasing the District’s water rates, tap fees, and other charges, and/or establishing one or more new charges at an open public meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Indian Creek Ranch Clubhouse, located at 7149 West Cherokee Drive, Sedalia, Colorado 80135.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding any proposed rate or charge increase. Information regarding the proposed increases may be obtained from the District’s office located at 5780 W. Sioux Drive, Sedalia, Colorado 80135, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
